Jacqueline Diaz holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and serves professionally as a clinician in community mental health. While her clinical education and professional experience inform the perspective she brings to her work, the services provided through Grace & Perseverance LLC are entirely separate from her clinical role.

Behavioral Strategy Sessions and Concierge Behavioral Strategy Services are educational and consultative in nature. They are designed to help clients strengthen communication, improve decision-making, navigate behavioral challenges, develop practical strategies, and pursue personal growth through a Christ-centered lens.

Grace & Perseverance LLC is not a psychotherapy practice and does not provide psychotherapy, mental health treatment, psychological evaluations, diagnosis, crisis intervention, case management, or medical care. Participation in services through Grace & Perseverance LLC does not establish a therapist-client relationship.

Because these services are non-clinical, Grace & Perseverance LLC does not create or maintain psychotherapy records, clinical treatment plans, or progress notes. Business records necessary for scheduling, billing, legal compliance, and business operations may be maintained in accordance with applicable laws.

About Jaquie and Grace and Perseverance LLC

Grace & Perseverance was founded on the belief that meaningful change begins with wisdom, intentionality, and hope.

I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have a professional background in Criminal Justice and community mental health. My clinical education and professional experience have shaped the way I understand human behavior, relationships, and the challenges people face throughout life's different seasons.

Through Grace & Perseverance LLC, I provide Christ-centered behavioral strategy and consulting services designed to help individuals and families gain clarity, develop practical solutions, and move forward with confidence.

While my professional work as a clinician informs my perspective, Grace & Perseverance LLC is not a psychotherapy practice. The services provided are educational, consultative, and strategy focused. They do not include psychotherapy, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or the establishment of a therapist-client relationship.

Although I work with individuals from many walks of life, my passion is supporting individuals with cognitive and developmental disabilities, their families, and the caregivers who faithfully walk beside them. I understand the unique emotional, behavioral, and practical challenges these families face and strive to provide compassionate guidance rooted in both clinical understanding and biblical truth.

Whether we're working through difficult family dynamics, caregiver burnout, behavioral concerns, decision making, life transitions, or personal growth, every session is designed to provide practical strategies you can confidently apply to everyday life.

My goal is simple:

To help you think more clearly, respond more intentionally, and move forward with wisdom, peace, and purpose.
